Drawing and working.

This is something I made last week. A little tangle with  a Bible verse. This spoke  to me last week. I have come to the conclusion that at some point I had to deal with my stress and anxiety. It really was affecting my life. A little medication, lots of prayers, and small goals in place and I feel much better. Art is such great therapy.  You do not need to be great at making art. Just do something that takes you away in your head for an hour or so a day to clear out the cobwebs up there.
